Where is the only control point? Where does any user of the internet get access? Hosting a website is a matter of allowing browsers to access the site. Every one has the right pay for a site hosting and have to the resources of the site, including the collection of information, used by others. For people who abuse this right the right should be revoked! If Hosting Companies will not use this control they should lose the right to provide hosting services.
